this few days , i think sky papa is not happy .. :(
cause he keep crying lehhs . how ar ? i wonder why sky papa not happy ? sky papa , must be happy on x'mas eve and x'mas day okay ? cause if sky papa sad and cry again then the kids will sad de , cause will delay christmas papa's ride from north pole . so must be happy kays ? :D must happy like this ! xD hahas , nth much to post lehhhs .. today had training in school , coach didnt come today so co-coach came !! cant say that training was tougher la , cause did not train for quite long le . lets do a quick summary of the training !! xDD hmm , we ran 20 ROUNDS around the court . er.. did stretchings , then we did cranks . know what are cranks ? don't know jiu hao , cause know le sure feel like dying de ! imagine , your arms taking your weight at a 90 degree angle and body at push up position . and everyone in the team is supposed to keep that position and read out then spell all their names one by one and we can only ease from that position when everyone finish reciting their names and spelled !! argghh , muscle aches .. then was pair ball work . after was group drills , eg highest point , longest highest , 45 degree dodge , single dodge and double dodge . then we moved to court work , eg splits and so on so on .. next was a very very short match , the battle of the tug ins and non tug ins !!!! after was shooting for the shooters , while serious sprinting for us mid fielders and defenders . every one drop balls we are supposed to run to the end of the court and back . same for the group drills , every one drop balls we are supposed to do ten push ups . did cool up stretched and ready to go home BUT before going home ah how talked and talked and talked , talked dao our tomorrow ben lai you de friendly against punggol was postponed !!!! haish nvm la .. thats alright ! fan zhen i was planning to skip if there is no match so i tell ah how i not going tmr .. lols .. but co-coach managed to shou fu me ask me not to skip .. so didnt skip lor . went to cp for lunch with vanessa , went to find venetta (vanessa's sis) before looking for lunch , who was at pizza hut . walked around and around , initial choice was MAC's but vanessa don't want so we headed to sakae . in the end only bought a chawanmushi .. we headed to pizza again and that was where we decided that lunch is HERE !! lols , ate th chicken drumlets and criss cross fries vanessa ate baked rice , she actually chose one that was spicy and didnt realise it till it came so we asked to change . went to arcade after lunch . homed around 2 , bathed and rest for awhile .. today someone made me so dam fricking pissed la ! she think she who huh ? she tink her superior not there can act big is it ? don't need help ? good ! next time pls don't say that you need any help cause i will always remember what you said . i was willing to sacrifice my training for th trip alright but you later even tell me that the party i also don't need go help ?! u serious think yourself too high le lor !
